    To the editor:
AS A CONCERN STUDENT IN THIS INSTITUTION (VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY), I WOULD LIKE TO IMPART TO YOU WITH DUE RESPECT ABOUT ONE OF THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE OBSERVE IN OUR UNIVERSITY. OUR MISCELLANEOUS FEE HAS INCREASED JUST THIS YEAR. WELL, ITS OK IF WE ALSO RECEIVE A GOOD SERVICE WHICH IS COVERS BY THAT “MISCELLANEOUS”. BUT HOW ABOUT OUR COMPUTER FEE? WE ARE PAYING Php100/SEMESTER AND WE CAN ONLY USE THE COMPUTER FREELY FOR ONLY FIVE HOURS. SPECIFICALLY , WE ARE PAYING ABSOLUTELY Php20/HOUR HIGHER COMPARE TO THAT Php15/HOUR IN THE COMMERCIAL NET CAFE. WHY? BECAUSE OF MAINTENANCE?BUT SAD TO SAY, EVEN FOR JUST LOADING YOU DESIRED SITE, YOU ARE SPENDING MINUTES DEDUCTED FROM THAT 5 HOURS USE OF THE COMPUTER BECAUSE OF SO SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION. WITH DUE RESPECT, I WOULD LIKE THIS ISSUE TO BE HEARD BY THE PAMUNUAN!!!HEHEHE OF THIS INSTITUTION SO THAT THEY COULD MAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO SOLVE IT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR READING COMMENTS AND MORE POWER TO THE STAFF OF AMARANTH!! AND I AM ALSO PLANNING TO MAKE AN ARTICLE ABOUT THIS ISSUE ANY TIME SOON.

    Respectfully yours,
    Macedz
